SALES ASSISTANT Positions: 1 Start Date: ASAP

You will join the team in a customer-facing role, selling products and services to customers. The role involves selling and advising customers on systems, components, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with sales and technical enquiries
  • Advising customers on PCs, components, upgrades, and services
  • Providing clear technical explanations to non-technical customers
  • Supporting day-to-day shop operations and maintaining a professional store environment

NOTE: Must have previous customer-facing or sales experience and strong PC knowledge. Must also have the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT Positions: 1 Start Date: ASAP

You will join the team in a hands-on technical working role. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, and building PCs, as well as advising customers on systems, components, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and Testing PCs.
  • Upgrading and repairing PCs.
  • Managing and Scheduling your build queue.

NOTE: Must have experience building PCs and have extensive technical knowledge of products, any portfolio showcasing builds and/or repairs would be an advantage.

CONTENT CREATOR Positions: 1 Start Date: ASAP

You will be responsible for creating content to support our online presence, brand awareness, and product promotion across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating short-form and long-form content for all social media platforms
  • Filming, editing, and publishing video and image-based content
  • Creating content around PCs, gaming setups, builds, components, and behind-the-scenes activity
  • Maintaining a consistent brand style and tone across platforms
  • Assisting with planning and scheduling content

NOTE: Must have experience creating digital content and a genuine interest in PCs, gaming and technology. Practical ability and examples of previous content are essential.
