The spacious interior features a large motherboard tray, which can support Mini-ITX to E-ATX models, with compatibility for ASUS BTF and MSI Project Zero motherboards, too. As such, you can build a computer with minimal visible cable clutter.

In addition to this, the Phanteks Evolv X2 Matrix will place your prized graphics card centre stage. The eight PCIe slots and a GPU clearance of 380mm allow this case to easily accommodate a powerhouse graphics card, such as an NVIDIA RTX 5090.


A Case You Can See Through

A PC built using the Phanteks Evolv X2 Matrix will feature a unique aesthetic, thanks to the triple tempered glass panels on the left, right, and front. You can enjoy an uninterrupted view of your case from almost any angle. What’s more, many of the metal panels of the Phanteks Evolv X2 Matrix have been designed to conceal hardware. For example, the top and bottom of the case are recessed to conceal your fans. By doing this, the visible components seem to float inside the case, creating a captivating appearance.

Alongside this, the triple glass panels offer a clear view of the vibrant Matrix Screen. This display wraps around the front and right of the bottom panel of the case and features 900 LEDs. These can be used to show a wide range of outputs, including system metrics, date and time, custom text, and even animated widgets.



Powerful Vertical Cooling

Maintaining your hardware at optimum temperatures is simple with the Phanteks Evolv X2 Matrix. This case features a vertical cooling layout, where cool air is drawn through the base of the case and exhausted out the top. To facilitate this airflow, the Evolv X2 Matrix boasts mounting points for up to seven 120mm fans. Three fans can be mounted at the bottom of the case, three more can be installed at the top, and the rear panel can accommodate a single fan. What’s more, all these mounts are recessed into the panels, so your fans will be concealed once they’re installed, creating a seamless appearance.

There is also room for a 360mm radiator to be installed at the top of the case. Because of this, the Phanteks Evolv X2 Matrix is an excellent option for an AIO liquid cooler. Alternatively, with a 170mm CPU clearance, there is ample space for a powerful tower air cooler.


NEXLINQ Ecosystem

The Phanteks Evolv X2 Matrix is part of the Phanteks NEXLINQ ecosystem that makes controlling your cooling and lighting simple. Alongside the Evolv X2 Matrix, NEXLINQ is compatible with a wide range of hardware, including fans, coolers, and RGB lighting. These can all be linked to a Phanteks NEXLINQ Hub, which boasts multiple PWM and DRGB outputs and can be connected to your motherboard for easy software control.

In addition to this fantastic range of hardware, the NEXLINQ ecosystem includes a lightweight app. Using this program, you can take complete control of all your cooling and lighting hardware. Configure your fans with automatic or custom fan curves that adjust fan speeds based on either your CPU or GPU temperatures. Thanks to this, you can perfectly balance whisper-quiet performance and optimum cooling. What’s more, the wide range of lighting effects in a variety of colours enable you to customise your NEXLINQ hardware to perfectly match your gaming aesthetic.
